Download super fast with the command lftp in ubuntu linux

     Simply capitalize a terminal window and lftp program, we've got a manager download manager and download accelerator that can suck all the bandwidth capacity (bandwidth) that you may have. I've felt myself speed capabilities Linux download manager on this one, even as other weekly managers can only boost the speed of 1kb / s to 10KB / s speeds lftp able to get above 50KB / s. Even I have tried to download a movie using the wireless facility in the university Gunadarma and download speeds reaching 2MB / s believe it or not I've felt it, but please note that all other internet activity going dormant and standstill because of this single tool. 

     To try to use lftp command is follow the steps below, this way I normally use on campus to download a movie or song download very large capacity: 


1. Open your terminal 


2. Typing the following command 


lftp-c "pget-c-n 100 http://blankon.cbn.net.id/blankon10022005-1.0.iso "


Explanation: 


lftp-c:-c option means that we call a certain command that is supported by lftp, orders entered in double quotes 


pget: this command to get a file with a lot of connections at once 


-c:-c option on the pget useful to continue weekly 


-n 100: pget tells this option to use as many as 100 connections, the manual pget said himself that this option will greatly affect the overall connection Since this tool is very greedy bandwidth if it's good colleagues to use it wisely so as not to interfere with Internet connection in the network.

Download Super Cepat dengan lftp di ubuntu linux

Cukup bermodalkan sebuah jendela terminal dan program lftp, kita sudah mendapatkan sebuah pengelola download manager dan download accelerator yang mampu menyedot semua kapasitas lebar pita (bandwidth) yang anda miliki. Saya sudah merasakan sendiri kemampuan kecepatan download manager Linux yang satu ini, bahkan saat pengelola unduhan lain hanya mampu menggenjot kecepatan antara 1KB/s s.d. 10KB/s lftp mampu mendapatkan kecepatan diatas 50KB/s.Bahkan saya telah mencoba mendownload sebuah film menggunakan fasilitas wireless yang berada di kampus saya dan kecepatan downloadnya mencapai 2MB/s percaya atau tidak saya sudah merasakanya , Tapi harap diingat bahwa semua aktivitas internet lain akan terbengkalai dan macet total karena perkakas satu ini.

Untuk mencoba menggunakan perintah lftp tersebut ikuti langkah di bawah ini ,cara ini biasa saya gunakan di kampus untuk mendownload film atau lagu yang kapasitas downloadnya sangat besar :

1. Buka terminal anda

2.Ketikan perintah dibawah ini 

lftp -c "pget -c -n 100 http://blankon.cbn.net.id/blankon10022005-1.0.iso"

Penjelasan:

lftp -c: opsi -c berarti kita memanggil perintah tertentu yang didukung oleh lftp, perintah dimasukkan dalam tanda kutip ganda

pget: perintah ini untuk mendapatkan sebuah berkas dengan banyak koneksi sekaligus

-c: opsi -c pada pget berguna untuk melanjutkan unduhan

-n 100: opsi ini memberitahu pget untuk menggunakan koneksi sebanyak 100, manual pget sendiri mengatakan bahwa opsi ini akan sangat mempengaruhi koneksi secara keseluruhan

Karena perkakas ini sangat rakus lebar pita maka ada baiknya jika rekan-rekan menggunakannya secara bijaksana agar tidak mengganggu koneksi internet di jaringan.
